Our four promises

These are not aspirational. They're encoded in our system, audited by our team, and quoted in every Chrome store listing and press response. If we ever break one, you should leave.

1. 01

   We never accept paid placement to bias scores.

   Our AI deal grade reflects deal quality only. Merchants cannot pay to rank higher. There is no "Sponsored A+ deal" tier. There never will be.

   Encoded: scoring code path has no merchant-payment input. Audited by the Security Auditor on every PR that touches src/score/.

2. 02

   Every notification clearly discloses our affiliate relationship.

   When we earn a commission, we tell you. Right there in the email or push, not in a footer. No buried "we may earn commissions" weasel language.

   Encoded: notification renderer always emits the disclosure block; it cannot be omitted.

3. 03

   We never modify or hijack other affiliate cookies.

   If a YouTuber, blogger, podcaster, or other creator already set their affiliate cookie on your browser, ours never overwrites it. Their commission stays with them. This is the antipattern that took down the most famous coupon extension in the world. We refuse to copy it.

   Encoded: the browser extension content script is forbidden from writing to document.cookie on retailer domains. Reviewed before every Chrome Web Store submission.

4. 04

   We never sell user data or watch lists.

   Your watch list reveals income, taste, life events. We treat that the way we'd want our own kept. Strict GDPR/CCPA. We never sell, never share, never train external models on your data.

   Encoded: terms of service prohibit data sale or sharing for any consideration. Compliance Officer audits the database access patterns on a recurring schedule.
